Prayer and Positive Thoughts needed.....

If you are someone who prays and has faith OR if you don't but believe in the power of positive thought then please spend a moment over the next few days either praying or thinking of my friend David who is currently struggling so much.

He is a very brave man who has helped many others in their own journeys, despite his own ongoing battle with cancer.

His blog is in my blog list on the left 'You Win Again'......

Sis, I know you'll light him a candle too.

Many thanks xxxx

  1. Sending positive vibes and my thoughts to your friend.

  2. Carole I follow David's blog too and noted that 2 weeks ago he was hoping to be home by now.

Presume in this case the no news is 'not so good' news. I do hope he is at least getting some well sorted pain control

  3. Not sure what's happening with David, Carole are you? As Fiona says, its been a couple of weeks since we heard from him. I hope all is ok. Positive thoughts and prayers are coming his way right now.

  4. Hi Carole
I was so sad to read your post about David.
I too have been following his blog and had noticed that he'd been very quiet of late!!
If you do have any contact with him or his wife please let him know that there are lots of people out here rooting for him!!!
    All the best.
    Chezzy x

  5. Fiona/Shents,

Don't want to say too much other than Geraldine is very worried about him right now.

She will update his blog but only once she feels ready...suffice to say she is exhausted, worried and he's still in the hospice battling infection right now.

  6. Hi Chezzy,

I will let Geraldine, David's wife, know that you are thinking about them. It will mean a lot to her at this tough time.

  7. Reading his blog it's quite obvious that he is a lovely, and very brave, man. Thinking of him.

  8. Hi Lou,

He is indeed both lovely and brave. I SO hate cancer :-(

Thank you for sending out positive thought vibes for him. xxxx

  9. I am thinking positive thoughts for David and hope he finds the strength to get through this. x

  10. Thanks Sis, I told Geraldine about your little chapel and candles :-)

She is very appreciative of all the kind thoughts and prayers being sent in their direction
