This year my mum didn't do her 'David Bailey' stuff properly so we ended up with not many photo's :-)....Mum! What are you like eh? :-)
I always forget to take pictures but never worry because mum always snaps away all day and we end up with plenty - but not this year.
Anyway, here are some of what we DO have.....
Mum and Dad (notice the similarities between Dad's beard and Wizard in the background...lol)
Sarah and me
Sarah and Manolis.....(*STEVE - note the paper hat...:-)...)
James and Leanne
A blog about Rectal Cancer, and the roller-coaster it takes you on. No matter how sick you start to feel you just can't get off until it stops - one way or another - and in the meantime life goes on pretty much as normal. So this is a blog both about rectal cancer and life going on as normally as possible... :-) Please do feel free to leave comments, comments are great :-)

Carole, it isd lovely to see the pictures and to know that it all went smoothly dear friend. Did you manage to eat just a little?
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, healing and happiness in 2011
Lovely photos. Particularly like the one of you and Sarah: you're looking amazingly well!! Looks as though you all enjoyed yourselves and had a good Christmas . . . courtesy of the new chef!! Hopefully see you (and catch up with Sarah) early in the New Year. In the meantime, let's hope 2011 is a VAST improvement on 2010 eh?Love ya xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteHi Chez,
ReplyDeleteI managed to eat LOTS and lose a few pounds along the way! Weighed myself at the GP's yesterday expecting to see a slight increase and got the opposite result.
When I work out how I'm doing it, I shall patent it and sell it :-)
Lou,
Chef did brilliantly eh. Hopefully we can catch up New Year, all had dreaded virus going around last few days - Sarah been particularly unwell so once she improves we'll try to organise something.
Am sure 2011 will be an improvement on this crap year :-)
Loadsaluv xxxx
I love Sarah's hat. She reminds me of my sister, Lauri. Always willing to party in a room full of otherwise sober people. Some folks know how to have fun no matter what. :-) If I look hard enough, I can picture Manolis smiling. You can see it in his eyes. I'm glad you enjoyed the day with your loved ones.
ReplyDeleteHi Steve, yes that's Sarah - she's always the lively, happy go lucky one amongst us. Sounds like she would click with Lauri - good to have happy people around us I reckon :-)
ReplyDeleteManolis only ever looks a bit more serious in photo's - he never stops smiling or finding something amusing to laugh about the rest of the time - you're right about seeing it in his eyes.
Catch up next year :-)
